Miles Logistics helps owner-operators and small fleets find and book freight, negotiate rates, and manage the paperwork so you can stay focused on driving.
Every load requires your approval, with no setup fees or long-term contracts, and brokers or shippers pay you directly.

How it works:
Getting started takes a few simple steps. You stay in control of every load.
1. Tell us about your truck
Send us your MC or DOT number, equipment type, and the lanes you like to run.
2. Send your documents
We’ll ask for your operating authority, W-9 and a current certificate of insurance. You’ll also sign a short service agreement, so you know our terms up front.
3. Meet your dispatcher
We’ll set up a quick call to go over your lanes, your minimum rate, and the loads you don’t want to haul.
4. Approve each load
We find loads that fit your truck and send you the pickup and delivery details, weight and rate. You approve each load by text or email before we book it. If it’s not right, we keep looking.
5. Drive and get paid
You haul the load and are paid directly by the broker or shipper. We follow up on paperwork and invoices, and we send you an invoice for our fee on a regular schedule.
